The teachers are the main source of enlightenement and inspiration. To achieve the mission-vision of the school, the teachers need to have professionally, academically, emotionally, and technologically gifted and are able and very much willing to render service without counting the cost. The total development of the students rely so much on the kind of teachers the schools have. Teachers as models of all domains. They can maie and unmake the students. So, because we are all teachers we are challenged to become versatile in all aspects that is why we pursue to higher degree of learning.

Teachers are the second parents of the students in school but there are some teachers who become the enemies of students in school.It can't be denied that there are really some teachers who are not doing their responsibilities well.Sometimes teachers become the root cause of trouble because of not being careful.Nevertheless, Teachers are said to be the unrecognized heroes being the front liners of development and progress.
